BUSINESS AIMS
Cube Studios admin team aim to achieve five main goals:
1. To move from a paper based business to an IT based practice.
2. We will implement many policies within the practice.
3. We also will have a variety of different communication methods.
4. We will constantly improve the way we interview future employees.
5. Due to the increasing complexity of technology training periods will also be extended throughout the 5 years.
These goals are set to constantly improve the business environment as well help the business continue to grow and expand. We also take part in additional activities to expand our practice profile. There are many potential problems we could face such as new policies coming into law, IT systems crashing and training techniques being adapted due to certain circumstances. Cube Studios have certain protocols in place to deal with these circumstances.
