Strategy and Targets (Nikhita)

Administrate Management - Strategy and Targets

As administrate manger I am in charge of all the day to day running of Cube Studios making sure all the paper work, meetings and client appointment all run smoothly. Having an organised and efficient back of house reflects in the overall professional business portrayal. Having all this documented allows for the business to always be covered as well as personal knowing exactly what needs to be done. All the project decisions will be available to both the client and co-workers on that day or latest the day after to make sure everyone is in constant communication.

For our potential clients when they show interest in one of our amphibious homes Cube Studios will send them our brochures and redirect them to our website where they have find all the information needed. We think this will be something that shows our interest in our clients, and if they like what we are offering they can set up meetings about purchasing. The brochures will be sent the day after interest is shown so then it’s down to the client if they like to go further.

Technological Management - Strategy and Targets

Given that technology is always changing it is in out best interest to keep on point and follow changes in technology. As Technological manger I always keep up to date with technical changes through being signed up to all the construction and design newsletters. I am also heavily involved in forums, this allows people from the same profession to post and have conversation about the new products. This is something that is done almost week to keep up to date.

With the induction of new technologies staff will need to be taught how to use these products. So inductions are carried out with Cube Studios. This is in relation to out quality assurance and the training policy we follow within our company. When a new technology comes available and Cube Studios wants to use it, there will be a week training session getting the employees used to it. Having a week will realistically be enough time for getting comfortable with the technology. In the future when more advanced and technical projects machines become available more training time will be allocated.
