As the marketing manager, (Anoushka Patel) I am in charge of keeping up to date with the current economic status and trends to help us keep to date with our marketing skills and how to convey our branding to the consumers.

BUSINESS AIMS

CUBE STUDIOS marketing team aim to achieve 4 main goals of:
1.     Marketing our business through trade shows and social media to gain clients
2.     100% client satisfaction, keeping aftercare as well as happy clients
3.     Expanding to commercial markets in the next 5 years +
4.     Using our unique selling point to attract consumers through virtual reality

STRATEGY AND TARGETS

CUBE STUDIOS plan to achieve these goals by maintaining professional strategy and tactics, marketing our business through trade shows would be the biggest way to collect our clientele. Amphibious homes is the new way to build, we plan to use the brilliant social media as a way to promote our services to get the word out how ‘living in ease, in flood risk zones’.
We take our client feedback seriously, happy clients means that we have succeeded in building an amphibious home giving the comfort of ‘living in ease.’
We believe that amphibious living can be expanded to the commercial markets as well as domestic; our company plans to break into the commercial sector in the later years of our business. This will be done through our client support as we have guarantee our services are the best in the market, and our company has the potential to strive to expand globally years to come.  


TACTICAL MATHODS

As a marketing manager I am In charge of keeping up to date with the current economic market. As part of my job I will be in charge of keeping clients informed of our projects work:
- Satisfaction surveys
- Green audits
- Invitations to events e.g. new building openings, exhibitions

- I will be organising brochures showing work completed / work in progress, for the clients to see our capability.

-Also as a part of marketing and communication publicity is an important factor i.e.; Press/ Radio/ TV/Facebook/ Twitter, I will be making sure these social medias are up to date and our company promotions are taken care of.

-Furthermore I will be in charge of sorting out membership such as RIBA west Midlands and Architecture Association etc. this will help network our firms profile and any competitions and work available, I will be aware of this to help expand our firm.
MARKET ANALYSIS SUMMARY

CUBE STUDIOS will provide its services to private investors as well as government agencies, contractors and developers in the domestics market looking to build on flood risk zones.  Although CUBE STUDIOS will accommodate to a relatively broad scope of customers, the company will decide to expand to the commercial target market based on sales and demands in the later few years of business.

MARKET SEGMENATION arket Segmentation

Potential clients for cube studios market is broken down into four categories:
-Homeowners,
-Developers,
-Government
-Contractors.
We aim to target our market towards developers and contractors, as this is the largest group based on shear volume of demand for amphibious homes and this will emphasize in all of the firms marketing and promotional sectors. We then move towards the other two categories; branching further to private homeowners and hope for government promotion in the future years dependent on demands for our services.

COMPETIVE EDGE

This company will benefit from specializing in a niche market, as there is little competition, we aim to fill the gap in the market for amphibious homes for 2021. We will be at advantage as a new generation of architects with the technology we provide through virtual reality services, we aim to thrive through the years and expand towards the commercial markets and making building on flood risk zones with ease.
Many firms today employ an older generation of architects, who find the computer a mystery.

OUR CLIENTELE

Private housing company
We aim to attract private housing group projects by; Trade shows, architectural journals, travel magazines and adverts on property websites as this would be the best way to attract these customers. One of our biggest cliental would be through this group.


Housing association and local authorities
Winning contracts with these companies and associations will enable us to mass-produce our service and to maximise profit. As a form of marketing our services to them, we would contact them directly with planned meetings, conferences or possible connections through future trade shows.

Young families
We can gain this market through housing associations, estate agents & advertising on property websites. These families are likely to be already on the property ladder and are willing to do further research into housing opportunities.


Retired couples
Magazines aimed 50+, information about lifestyle, holidays and living in retirement. Housing associations, estate agents & advertising on property websites will also be a way to target these customers.

First time buyer
These will be the hardest to reach, their knowledge about how to find out about housing etc. is not as detailed as those who are already on the property ladder. We can target this market through housing association, estate agents and advertising on property websites.

FUTURE PLANS

CUBE STUDIOS plan to break into all markets by years 5-10 we plan to establish and explore other markets as well as residential. We have a plan to expand to the commercial side as we believe, building on flood risk zones should be a ease to clients and there is a gap in the market for this, many company’s don’t have the skills to produce such homes that could fight back against the flooding crisis. CUBE STUDIOS specialises in building on flood risk zones, which is an benefit to us as the other competitors, don’t specialise in this and they may provide services however don’t have the full experience which gives is an advantage.
