Marketing Management – Strategy and Targets (anoushka)


As a marketing manager I am In charge of keeping up to date with the current economic market. As part of my job I will be in charge of keeping clients informed of our projects work; satisfaction surveys/ ‘green’ audits, invitations to events (new building openings, exhibitions).
I will be organising brochures showing work completed / work in progress, for the clients to see our capability.
Also as a part of marketing and communication publicity is an important factor i.e.; Press/ Radio/ TV/Facebook/ Twitter, I will be making sure these social medias are up to date and our company promotions are taken care of.

Furthermore I will be in charge of sorting out membership such as RIBA west Midlands and Architecture Association etc. this will help network our firms profile and any competitions and work available, I will be aware of this to help expand our firm.
